Grievance Redressal Cell
The Grievance Redressal Cell, headed by the Principal along with designated faculty members, is committed to addressing concerns and complaints from students, faculty, staff, and other stakeholders in a timely and effective manner. The cell convenes within one week of receiving any petition or complaint to review the matter thoroughly, conduct necessary investigations, and initiate appropriate remedial action for resolution. This mechanism ensures that all grievances are handled fairly and transparently, maintaining a supportive and harmonious environment within the institution.

Functions of the Grievance Redressal Cell:
The grievance redressal committee will be formed during the beginning of every academic year with the due approval from the principal and chairman of the grievance redressal committee.
The formation of the grievance redressal committee for students will be widely published.
The students can send their grievances in writing/oral/email with proper evidences on academic and personal matters.
The grievance redressal committee shall deal with grievances received from the students.
The committee will act upon only those cases which have been forwarded along with the necessary documents.
The committee formally meets to review all cases and discuss on providing appropriate solutions to the cases.
