POSH Committee
The Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Committee has been established in our institution in compliance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. Under the chairpersonship of the Principal and comprising senior faculty members, this committee is dedicated to creating a safe and secure environment free from sexual harassment for all students, faculty, and staff. The committee ensures prompt investigation of complaints, maintains strict confidentiality, and takes appropriate preventive and corrective measures while promoting awareness about rights and responsibilities regarding workplace harassment.

The prime responsibilities of the POSH Committee:
To develop positive attitude among the girl students.
To conduct Orientation Programme to new budding engineers especially for girl students.
To counsel and guide the students to avoid negative trends in the Co- Education Environment.
To act as enquiry authority on complaints of sexual harassment.
To ensure that victims and witness are not victimized or discriminated because of the complaint.
To take proactive measures towards sensitization of the students and faculty members of the institution.
To motivate the girl students for placement.
