2 26.06.2025 INTERNATIONAL DAY AGAINST DRUG ABUSE AND ILLICIT TRAFFICKING – Pledge and 7 Km Rally – 300 students, volunteers, and 20 staff members participated.
3 27.06.2025 FRESHERS DAY FUNCTION – NSS volunteers facilitated the welcoming ceremony of freshers.
4 11.08.2025 STATEWIDE MASS PLEDGE AGAINST DRUG ABUSE – 839 student volunteers and 80 staff members took the pledge.
5 15.08.2025 79TH INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION – Flag Hoisting and Sweet Distribution – 50 NSS volunteers, 60 NCC cadets, and 100 staff members participated.
6 03.09.2025 EYE DONATION AWARENESS PROGRAMME – Awareness on eye donation, corneal blindness, and eye health. Competitions conducted, prizes distributed, and free eye screening camp organized by Dr. Harini and team.
7 24.09.2025 56TH NSS DAY – TREE PLANTATION & AWARENESS DRIVE – 100 tree saplings planted. Students gained awareness on anti-drug initiatives and career guidance.
8 25.09.2025 CYBER CRIME AWARENESS PROGRAMME – Students gained valuable knowledge on identifying and preventing cyber-related crimes.
9 15.10.2025 MASS PALM SEED PLANTATION PROGRAMME – 65 NSS volunteers and staff participated at Pallakulam Kanmoi Bank inside Gangaikondan SIPCOT Campus.
10 26.11.2025 NATIONAL CONSTITUTION DAY – Participants pledged to uphold constitutional values and contribute responsibly to the nation.
11 11.12.2025 ONE DAY WORKSHOP – “Sensitization against Digital Media Addiction (Information Literacy and Cyber Safety)” attended by NSS Programme Officers at Madras University, Chennai.
12 17.12.2025 STRAY DOG AWARENESS PROGRAM – 105 student volunteers gained awareness about rabies, preventive measures, and treatment methods.
13 26.12.2025 OBSERVATION OF VEERBAL DIVAS – NSS volunteers gained understanding of bravery, national pride, and civic responsibility.
14 07.01.2026 TREE SAPLING PLANTATION DRIVE – Students actively participated in ecological conservation and environmental responsibility.
15 08.01.2026 RECOGNITION FOR NSS CONTRIBUTION AS REGULAR VOLUNTARY BLOOD DONATION CAMP ORGANIZER – Recognition received from GH Blood Bank.
16 21.01.2026 MEGA BLOOD DONATION CAMP – 2026 – 57 units of blood donated. Students were appreciated for their humanitarian spirit.

18 26.01.2026 77TH REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATION – Flag hoisting ceremony and patriotic activities conducted. NSS students pledged to serve the nation.

27 04.03.2026 RECEIVING BEST NSS UNIT AWARD FROM DOTE – Sankar Polytechnic College NSS Unit received the prestigious Indira Gandhi DOTE NSS Best Unit Award.
28 05.03.2026 INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY CELEBRATION – Inspired girl students to develop confidence, leadership, and social awareness. "Siragugal Mulaitha Singa Pengal" was released.
29 06.03.2026 HIGHER STUDIES & CAREER GUIDANCE PROGRAM – Students gained awareness about higher education pathways and career planning.
30 10.03.2026 DEWORMING TABLET DISTRIBUTION – Students benefited from deworming tablet distribution and health awareness.

11 27.09.2024 – 28.09.2024 CAMPUS CLEANING – Plastic waste collected by 50 NSS volunteers and handed over to Panchayat.

15 26.12.2024 ROAD SAFETY RULES AND CAUSES FOR ACCIDENT AWARENESS PROGRAM – Awareness speech and video presentation – 200 students and 30 staff participated.
16 11.01.2025 NATIONAL YOUTH DAY – Students encouraged to draw inspiration from the teachings of Swami Vivekananda.
17 25.01.2025 NATIONAL VOTER’S DAY PLEDGE – Taken by 900 students and 100 staff members.
18 26.01.2025 76th REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATION – Flag hoisting by the Principal followed by patriotic activities. 80 NSS students pledged to serve the nation.
19 30.01.2025 MARTYRS’ DAY – Students and staff observed three minutes of silence in remembrance of freedom fighters.
20 05.02.2025 CLEANING CAMP AT PUBLIC TEMPLE – Areas around the temple cleaned by NSS volunteers.
21 07.02.2025 PUBLIC SERVICE FOR TEMPLE FESTIVAL – Distribution of Annathaanam and Prasaadham to the public (around 400 people) by NSS volunteers.
22 14.02.2025 DEWORMING TABLETS DISTRIBUTION – Tablets issued to 900 students and 100 staff.
23 21.02.2025 LEPROSY CASE DETECTION CAMP – Conducted by the Deputy Director of Health Services in coordination with NSS units. Students and staff benefitted.
